Evo Diary’s Top 10 ‘God-Tier Articles’ with Insane Initial Velocity

Time flies, and the year has already come to an end. I am writing this blog on December 31st, right in the early afternoon of New Year’s Eve.

How was this year for all of you? Well, I suppose a lot happened, or maybe nothing much happened at all…
But the fact that you are reading this blog means you survived the year safe and sound. First of all, congratulations.

For me, it was somehow a very busy year. I absolutely hate the word “busy,” but I suppose I was busy enough to be forced to use it.

The other day, I changed my partner—my Impreza’s—tires to Louboutins. Looking back, this year became the first year since I started motorsports at age 29 that I finished without participating in a single competition.

I’d like to use “I was too busy” as an excuse… but being busy isn’t anyone’s fault. Simply put, it means my own capabilities have dropped significantly.

If I were to set my performance in my 40s as “100,” then three years ago (around age 60) when I withdrew from the new construction business, it was “75.” And now, at 63, it’s “25”…
Sadly, I think my specs have declined to that percentage (lol).
So, the reason I feel “busy” isn’t because of the workload, but because of my own declining processing power.

Well, amidst all that, the year is ending. Since it is New Year’s Eve, I’d like to introduce the most read articles from my diary (blog) written between January and December of this year.

I’ve tried introducing popular articles a few times in the past, but this time I changed the approach and incorporated “AI Analysis.”

With simple page view counts, articles from January naturally get more views due to the longer duration, putting December articles at a disadvantage. So this time, I used AI to analyze and extract articles that purely had high attention, prioritizing “Initial Velocity (Reaction immediately after publishing).”

The eternal theme. I have no intention of selling houses anymore, but the conclusion is: “Absolutely own a home.”
Absolutely. Renting is, purely from a financial calculation standpoint, definitely a loss in life.
Why? Because as a landlord myself, I feel “grateful” when people rent (meaning, the landlord benefits that much).
Owning a home is the safest real estate investment with the highest returns.
Well, I’ll explain this in detail next year.

Since starting this blog, I haven’t touched on “politics” or “religion,” but I’ve finally lifted that ban.
A mysterious article that somehow led to an increase in readers from Silicon Valley.

#5 “AI is Writing a 40,000-Character Autobiography After Learning 20 Years of Data” (February)
This is an ongoing project. The previous ChatGPT could only learn about 100k tokens (about 3 years’ worth at once), so I was waiting for AI to evolve. Thanks to the evolved Gemini 3, it can handle 1 million tokens, allowing it to read 20 years’ worth at once, so I’ve resumed writing. Scheduled for release next year.

Because I want you to open this book, with the title “Third-Rate Loser” written in huge letters, right in front of people.
Read it proudly on the train during your commute, or in a stylish cafe, holding this embarrassing cover in one hand. I won’t forgive you if you hide and read it on a smartphone. Of course, asking the bookstore for a book cover is out of the question. That’s not eco-friendly at all, and more importantly, it’s a “foul” in this ascetic practice.
