Current Activities:

Basically a NEET.

Supervising Sect’s subdivision housing, technical guidance, and collaborations with house manufacturers.

Crafting one-of-a-kind items that manufacturers can’t make (kitchens, fittings, entrance doors, furniture, etc.).

Real estate investment superior to realtors (since 1997, utilizing local advantages).

Stock investment (small amounts, steady pace since 2006, using my own technical analysis).

Cooking for large groups at once.

Turning life around with absolutely no plan.

Likes: My wife’s cooking (especially her soup curry—I can’t eat the stuff in restaurants anymore), Appare-tei’s white miso ramen, Tyrol’s cream croquettes, “Shit Life” (A crappy but awesome life).

Dislikes: Doing things halfway, petroleum products, excuses (especially people who make them).
Biography

1980: Graduated from Kitami Institute of Technology High School (Civil Engineering). Changed jobs frequently while being told, “You’re useless wherever you go.”

1987: Established Konaka Homes Ltd. (Senior Managing Director).

1999: Went independent as EvoHome Ohira Ltd. Built 110 custom homes and put down roots in the community.

2022: Declared, “I’ve become a loser in the industry. I won’t build anymore,” and completely withdrew from the new construction business.

2023: Spent time with no plan. Blog readership exploded (it was supposed to be just for “survival confirmation” for EvoHome owners). Result: Supposed to be retired, but somehow became busier than when I was active.

From 2026: Living freely with absolutely no plan.
